Founded in 1979, Westbeach designs world-class snowboard apparel from its headquarters in Vancouver. One of the first Canadian companies to produce snowboard-specific outerwear, Westbeach manufactures products built to meet the demands of riders worldwide.

The Westbeach Classic in Whistler invented the concept of the ‘jam format’ back in 1992, with team riders Devun Walsh and Kevin Young introducing the format. Now, we know it aint Whistler but it sure makes sense we take it back to our roots with the Freezer Jam and call on our 30 year strong heritage in the newest addition to the indoor slopes here in the UK, Chill Factore.

The Freezer Jam promises to be a unique day event bringing together the top riding and skiing talent of the UK with top quality prizes up for grabs. The event is the warm up to the Westbeach Freezer series for 2009, our 30th anniversary year… So enjoy the 2008 Freezer Jam and keep a look out for next years events!
